About

I am a writer living in Berkshire, UK.

Born in Leicestershire, I studied at JMU in Liverpool from 1992 – 1995 graduating with a BA (Hon) in English and Media Studies.

I worked in TV Production at IMG / European Tour Productions from 1996 – 2014, initially employed and later as a freelancer (in between periods of maternity) on outside broadcasts of live golf. I was ETP’s Production Manager for the Ryder Cup (Belfry 2002, The K Club 2006, Celtic Manor 2010 and Gleneagles 2014) facilitating the TV compound for worldwide broadcasters. Working for ETP was a wonderful experience which enabled me to travel to events all over Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.

I now have three children and since retiring from TV Production, I have focused on writing. I hope to embark on an MA in Creative Writing later this year. Aside from writing, I love to read and travel.

I am published in Mamalode, The London Reader, The Wild Word. I was a runner up in the Writer’s & Artists short story competition 2016 and Winchester Festival Memoir Contest 2017, Winner of the Retreat West Creating Characters competition & The 1000 word Challenge 2018. I’ve been shortlisted in RW Short story competition 2019 and the London Independent Story Prize.

I am revising my first novel and seeking agent representation.  I tweet at @LexiWolfeWrites or you can message me using the form on the Contacts page.
